Wedding Coverage ($400)

With our wedding coverage we do our best to capture the little memories that make up your wedding day. We work well with other photographers and can even insert their photos into a montage in your video. If your needs differ from this package, feel free to give us a call.

• Rehearsal attendance
• Video coverage starting 1.5 hours before the ceremony, the wedding and up to 3 hours of the reception
• Footage of Well Wishers at the Reception (May need a quiet, well lit area for specials messages, i.e. from parents or the bride and the groom)
• 4 Video Segments with a total not to exceed 60 minutes to fit on one DVD at the highest video quality
  • A short prelude to the wedding including preparations
  • Wedding Ceremony
  • Reception Video (typically 20-30 minutes)
  • Credits including highlights from the wedding (typically 3 minutes)
• Editing Transitions
• Titles
• Soundtrack where appropriate, you may provide your own favorite music
• Digital photos from your photographer
• DVD Menus
• Preview copy of the wedding on DVD or VHS for your comments or video preview at our location
• 3 Copies of the final videos on VHS and/or DVD. Available DVD formats include DVD+R or DVD-R. Other formats such as DVD+RW and DVD-RW are available at an extra charge
• A version of your video in mpg format for your website

Optional:

• Second Camera Coverage at the Ceremony and Reception $150 (strongly recommended)*
• Additional coverage at the reception ($40/hour)
• Additional DVD or VHS copies ($15 each)

* I can't stress enough how much I recommend this at a minimum for insurance purposes, that is why I pass this on at cost to you. I'd feel better with a backup shot. The other benefit is that you can get changes in camera views.
