Races came and went. For all you die hard Danica Patrick bandwagon fans, tough luck. She finished 13th. Not bad though. This was a tough track for her and she did pretty well considering all the media hounding and such. Now that she didn't finish in the top, maybe she can get some peace. We, however, had a pretty good time, although Azucena got onto her bandwagon pretty good herself. But she's still on the bandwagon. Someone she can root for and pay attention to in the IRL. Sadly we won't see them again this year like we have in the past. They've always raced their season finale at Texas, but because NASCAR has a late event here, they decided to do away with IRL's last race. And yes, we spend some money as usual. Each time we go, we are pretty sure there's nothing else to get, but alas, we were wrong again. This time is was mostly Danica's stuff. Next time, it will probably be Brian Vickers stuff. Azucena has the hots for him as a replacement for Terry Labonte. Very warm at the track and it rained pretty good on Friday night after the race. And our tent did not have the rain fly on, so it got pretty damp in there. That's all for now. I'll leave you to your imagination for the rest of it. But I will tell you Doug, Doug III, Marcus, and Richard came up in time for Saturday's IRL race. They also played poker with across the road neighbors till wee hours in the morning.
