As you know, Azucena spent several weeks learning the ways of teaching 8th grade math. Then she got a job teaching 6th grade math at Taylor Middle School (Guess who's going to be a Duck). So, although she passed the 8th grade math exam, she then needed to pass the 6th grade exam to show she knows her stuff. She's spent the last two weeks getting indocrinated with the TMS staff and her room. She's been decorating it in the NASCAR theme and then recruited myself and Nini to help copy, staple, write names, etc to get her caught up.
With the NASCAR theme, she talked to Austin Tate from NASCAR and mentioned her career change (yea, we all know she wanted to be a driver, but school won out), and asked if he had stuff lying around that would enhance her classroom experience. So he directed her to the Classroom Experience section of NASCAR and they are going to send her a package to use for her classroom.
