Well, no. Mine is actually the guest bedroom with a decent TV, PS3, PS2, Wii, GameCube, movies, etc. Oh, a racing chair so I can sit and race GT4. But, it's going to turn back into a guest bedroom in another day or two and I'll have to modify the master bedroom to fit my needs now.
You see, Azucena decided that since we don't have kids and adoption is out of the question, that we would import one from another country and have him/her live with us for about a year. So she contacted a group called SHARE that will fulfill her fantasy. So in the next few days, a young lad from Brazil will be landing at the airport waiting for us with open arms (and so will Azucena). Me? I'll probably be mumbling something about not getting to race any more.
This young lad, we shall call Thiago, because, well, because that's his name. He'll be staying with us either 6 weeks (our initial agreement) or 10 months (their initial suggestion). We are already acting like it will be 10 months, so I guess I'd better prepare myself for 10 months of racing celibacy. We contacted Round Rock and Taylor ISD's and so far Taylor has responded about registering him in their classes at the HS. Not sure what happened with Round Rock, but to their defense, it is the beginning of the school year and everyone is pretty busy right now. Azucena just happens to have the inside track at Taylor (being a teacher there), so Taylor it is. She likes this because she can keep close tabs on him. No, really though, they can ride together, she's staying late already because of projects and planning, so if Thiago signs up for extracurricular activities, then it shouldn't be a problem.
I hope he's up for it because when he gets here, Austin should be experiencing the hottest day in history (near 110) and he's coming from Brazil which is in the middle of their winter right now. Hopefully we won't be in the 100's for long.
